Who we are

Growillo is operated by camtop team srl, registration number 47904221, Grigore Ureche 3, Iasi, RO ("Growillo", "we", "us"). You can reach us at support@growillo.com.

We are an independent social media marketing service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Facebook, Threads or any other platform our campaigns run on. Their names and logos belong to them.

By placing an order you accept these Terms, the Refund Policy, the Service Policy and the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with them, don't order.

What we sell

Social media growth campaigns for a public profile or post that you name. The goals, quantities and price of each campaign are shown in the order wizard and at checkout; that is what you pay for.

Everything is a digital service. Nothing is shipped, nothing is installed, and nothing needs your login.

The order wizard describes each service, roughly how fast it runs and whether it carries retention protection. The description and price shown at checkout when you pay are what you pay for. We change the catalogue from time to time; an order already placed keeps the terms it was placed under.

Who can order

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are ordering as an individual, for a personal profile, not for a business.
• The profile or post you name is yours, or its owner has asked you to order for it. Ordering for someone who hasn't asked, whether a rival, an ex or a stranger, is not allowed and we cancel such orders when we spot them.
• The content the campaign promotes is legal where you are and where we are, and does not harass anyone, promote violence or hate, or involve minors in any sexual way.
• You are not starting a campaign to raise the value of an account you are about to sell, or to manipulate a vote, a contest or a marketplace ranking.

If an order breaks one of these rules, we can cancel it and refund the part that hasn't run, or refuse it outright.

Personal use only

Growillo is for individuals growing their own profiles. Campaigns are for personal, non-commercial use.

Companies, agencies, brands, influencers and anyone acting for a business may not place orders.

You may not use campaign results to promote a business, a product or a paid service, to earn income, or to win a sponsorship or an advantage in a marketplace. Nor may you use them to mislead anyone who relies on them to make a decision. Under EU and Romanian consumer law, presenting them that way to a business partner can be an unfair commercial practice.

We may cancel an order we believe is placed for commercial use, and refund the part that hasn't run.

Your account stays yours

We never ask for your password, and we never need to log in as you. The only thing we use is the public handle or link you type at checkout. If anyone claiming to be Growillo asks for a password, it isn't us.

While a campaign runs, and during its retention window, keep the profile public, keep the same username and keep the post up. A campaign runs on what you typed; if that stops existing or goes private, the campaign stops with it. The Service Policy has the details.

Ordering and payment

Checkout is guest-only. There is no account to create; your order number and the email you gave are what you need to track the order.

Prices are in US dollars. We accept cards and cryptocurrency, both through our payment partners. Card orders are capped at $500 per order; above that, crypto is the only rail. Any crypto discount is shown at checkout before you pay. The price is recalculated on our side when you pay; the number you see at checkout is the number you are charged.

You confirm that you are allowed to use the card or wallet you pay with. Card details go to our payment partner and never touch our servers.

For crypto, send exactly the amount and network shown. A transfer that arrives short, late or on the wrong network is not a paid order; write to us with the order number and we'll sort it out with what did arrive.

An order exists once payment is confirmed. Until then it is a draft nothing happens to.

Campaigns start right away

By placing an order you ask us to start the campaign as soon as payment confirms, which is usually within minutes. If you are a consumer in the EU, this means you acknowledge that once the campaign has begun, the 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies to the part that has run, in line with Article 16 of Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014. What has not started can still be cancelled; see the Refund Policy.

Campaign timings on the site are estimates. Platforms change their rules, rate limits and algorithms without warning, and that moves our timings. The Service Policy says what to expect and what we need from you.

Refunds, retention and cancellations

The short version: an order that hasn't started can be cancelled for a full refund; a campaign that stopped short is refunded for the part that never ran; results that drop within the retention window are restored under retention protection, not refunded. The full rules, including how and when the money comes back, are in the Refund Policy.

Platform rules and risk

Platforms set their own rules about promotion and third-party services, and enforce them unevenly. They can remove activity a campaign added, limit your reach or, rarely, restrict an account. You start a campaign knowing this. We are not responsible for what a platform decides to do with your account, and we cannot reverse it.

What we do control, we stand behind: drops within the retention window are restored, and campaigns that don't run as ordered are refunded.

What we don't promise

• A particular pace or curve of growth. Campaigns are AI-powered and gradual; results vary by platform, account and content.
• An exact final number. We aim at the amount you ordered and usually go slightly past it; platform-side filtering can leave it a little short, which is what retention protection is for.
• Any downstream result: sales, sponsorships, monetisation, a viral post, a verified badge.
• That a platform will never remove what a campaign added after the retention window ends.
• Uninterrupted availability of the site. We may change, pause or withdraw a service at any time; orders already paid are completed or refunded.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for an order is the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost income, audience you had before ordering, or a platform's action against your account.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer in your country.

Disputes and chargebacks

If something went wrong, write to support@growillo.com with your order number before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We reply within one business day and we refund what we owe without a fight.

If a chargeback is filed on a campaign that ran as described, we submit our campaign records to the payment provider, and we may decline your future orders. That is the whole consequence: we don't remove what the campaign added and we don't threaten you.

If we can't settle it together, you can complain to Romania's National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) or use an alternative dispute resolution body in your country.

This website

The text, design and code of growillo.com are ours. Quote us, screenshot us, link to us. Don't copy the site, scrape it at scale or use it to attack our systems or our partners.

Changes to these Terms

We update these Terms when the service changes. The version in force when you placed an order applies to that order; the current version applies to the next one.

If a clause doesn't hold

If a court finds one part of these Terms invalid, that part is dropped and the rest still applies.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of RO. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep the protections of your own country's law and the right to bring a claim before the courts there.

The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
